Our HR Manager is a person who:

• Understands how to organize the adaptation process so that it is successful;

• Has a tuned function for measuring the microclimate in the team;

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Quality selection of employees and collection of recommendations

2. Accompanying the adaptation process (basic adaptation plans already exist)

3. Participation in the construction of training and development programs for the sales department

4. Evaluation of the microclimate

5. There are several tasks of the office manager (namely, coordination of the driver and office communication)
