We are building a community of people who develop in IT and want to support others. We help not only NGOs, but also each other in finding paths that will help us all achieve our goals. Our projects are an opportunity to share your knowledge, but also draw on the knowledge of others, including experienced mentors who can provide feedback based on your real examples. We are currently implementing projects related to the design of websites and mobile applications, creating online marketing strategies, visual identification and automation. Now we need an HR team that will help us take care of our teams, but also support their development! We work in cooperation with BeeTalents, so participation in our free volunteering is accompanied by the care of specialists who will help you develop in your HR path! WHAT YOU WILL DO: You will help create effective teams that are diverse, inclusive, committed to volunteer well-being and committed to established cultural values. You will work with various departments of the foundation, supporting leaders in finding and implementing effective learning and development methods, tailored to group and individual needs. You will help us acquire mentors and plan interesting integration meetings (stationary and online). REQUIREMENTS: Minimum one year of experience in the HR industry.
