HR Tech Product Owner in Fozzy group

We, the Fozzy Group, are one of the largest retailers in Ukraine, which has been bringing joy to the Guest for more than 20 years.

We approach the satisfaction of the Guest's needs comprehensively, therefore we develop in various business areas. Among them are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, sports areas, delivery service, banks, dry cleaners, IT company TemaBit (the list is incomplete).

• Analyze recruiting processes in various business areas (mass, office, IT); text-decoration: none">

  Identify bottlenecks, form a backlog.

• Work with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), integrations and automation tools.

• Use AI solutions to increase efficiency (chatbots, analytics, resume scoring, etc.).

• Form requirements for the IT team, monitor implementation.

• Collaborate with recruiters, HRBP and business.

• Measure the effectiveness of changes: eNPS, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, CSI of candidates/recruiters.

• Prepare business cases and justifications for investments in HR Tech.

Requirements

• Experience in the positionProduct Owner / Product Manager / HR Tech Specialist - from 2 years old.

• Understanding recruiting processes (mass, office, IT).

• Experience of working with ATS (Work.ua, CleverStaff, PeopleForce, SmartRecruiters or others).

• Business analysis and problem-setting skills for IT.

• Ability to work with metrics, calculate the ROI of HR solutions.

• Experience in implementing automation and digital tools.

• Interestto artificial intelligence and willingness to test new tools.

• Strong communication skills, ability to work with various stakeholders.

Knowledge of HR-dashboards.
