We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner Team Lead who will integrate all processes in the group of companies and develop the HR team in Ukraine and abroad. What tasks are waiting for you: management and development of the HR team, building system HR in the company and managing current and new projects (Employee Experience, Benefits, Grading, Competencies Matrix, Performance Review, Gamification, etc.) holding regular 1:1 meetings with key stakeholders companies Consolidation and processing of received information cross-functional cooperation with Finance and Legal departments application of analytics and helicopter view on the HR function as a whole Requirements We will feel the connection if you: have experience in the role of HR/HRBP for more than 2 years speak English at the level B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) minimum, in order to get along with colleagues from abroad, you understand all the key HR processes in the company: Onboarding, Review, Development, Retention, Termination, etc. on "you" with analytics, because we are supporters of a data-driven approach, you have experience in managing a team, think critically, analyze the situation from different angles and, if necessary, depart from clear algorithms in order to find non-standard solutions, feel comfortable in multitasking conditions and quickly adapt to changes, have a successful experience in the development and implementation of HR projects with "0" Benefits In addition to grandiose ambitions and a cosmic goal, you will find/receive: work in a convenient format for you: onsite in the office on Podil in Kyiv, remote or hybrid Full-time work format freedom of creativity.
