As a Team Lead HR People Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience at PaymentOp. As a Team Lead HR People Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience at PaymentOp. You will partner closely with business leaders across different departments, providing expert guidance and support on all things HR. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR programs and strategies that align with the company's business objectives and contribute to its overall success.

 

Headcount: 100+ tech/non-tech specialists (Front/Back/QA/DevOps/PM and others).

 

Responsibilities

- Lead HR team (3 employees) – recruit, onboard, evaluate, motivate your team

- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to assigned business partners, including leadership teams and managers

- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with business needs and goals (e.g., Performance Review/PDPs, 1-on-1s meetings, Training and professional development, Employee Retention)

- Partner with business leaders on performance management, succession planning and other HR-related matters

- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged

- Represent the HR function on cross-functional teams and committees

- Coach and mentor junior HR professionals and provide guidance on professional development opportunities

- Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices

 

Recruitment is not a part of HR responsibilities (we have a Recruitment team that is focused on finding and hiring the best candidates).

 

Priorities for the first 3 months

- Audit all HR-related documentation, including policies and procedures

- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of all HR-related processes throughout the company

- Restructure and upgrade key HR processes including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding, performance and probation reviews, internal promotions, 1-on-1 meetings approach, salary management

 

Requirements

- 5+ years of HR experience, at least 2 years of leadership experience in IT company (or being responsible for IT Department)

- Experience working for a company with HC 100+ employees

- A Bachelor's degree in psychology is an advantage

- Upper-Intermediate level of English

- Experience in handling complex and sensitive situations (for instance, conflict resolution, crisis management)

- Experience developing and implementing HR policies, manuals, and procedures

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in creating and monitoring key HR metrics (e.g., performance, engagement, retention)

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong understanding of HR technology and experience with relevant HR systems and tools
