We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner Team Lead who will integrate all processes in the group of companies and develop the HR team in Ukraine and abroad. What tasks are waiting for you: management and development of the HR team, building a systemic HR in the company and management current and new projects (Employee Experience, Benefits, Grading, Competencies Matrix, Performance Review, Gamification, etc.) conducting regular 1:1 meetings with key stakeholders of the company. Consolidation and processing of received information cross-functional cooperation with Finance and Legal areas application of analytics and helicopter view on the HR function as a whole ) at least to get along with colleagues from abroad, you understand all the key HR processes in the company: Onboarding, Review, Development, Retention, Termination, etc. on "you" with analytics, because we are supporters of data-driven approach, you have experience in managing a team, you think critically, you analyze the situation from different angles and, if necessary, deviate from clear algorithms in order to find non-standard solutions. you feel comfortable in multitasking conditions and quickly adapt to changes. you have successful experience in the development and implementation of HR projects from "0". in a format convenient for you: onsite in the office on Podil in Kyiv, remote or hybrid Full-time work format freedom of creativity.
