We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner Team Lead who will integrate all processes in the group of companies and develop the HR team in Ukraine and abroad. What tasks are waiting for you: management and development of the HR team, building a systemic HR in the company and management current and new projects (Employee Experience, Benefits, Grading, Competencies Matrix, Performance Review, Gamification, etc.) conducting regular 1:1 meetings with key stakeholders of the company.
