Weare akey supplier tothe world’s leading manufacturers ofthe electronics you rely onevery day; you may not see our products, but they are all around you.For more information, visit https://www.renesas.comThe role:Tosupport the global HRSystems team with different activities, including managing the HRSystems inbox, configuring and testing system improvements within Success Factors, providing reports tothe business and supporting other system activities andHR projects.Principal Accountabilities:Manage the HRSystems inbox, respond toqueries and investigate potential causes ofissues within our HRSystems.Provide regular reports tothe business.Provide support tothe end users ofreports.Participate intesting ofsystem improvements and other related projects: extensive testing ofdifferent scenarios and recording results (changes tothe business rules, time off improvements, new functionalities, notifications, etc.), feedback onpotential issues, document findings.Provide updates onthe issue resolution progress inthe weekly HRSystems andIT meeting.Support and participate inanyHR system projects.Conduct data quality checks.What weare looking for:Success Factors configuration experience.Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (including MSOutlook, MSPowerPoint, MSWord and MSExcel).Strong organization and prioritization skills.Strong attention todetail.Good written and spoken English.Team player and self-motivated.Strong interpersonal skills and ability tobuild professional relationships.Proactive and positive attitude.Customer service focus.Delivery oriented, ability tomeet deadlines and manage expectations.Weoffer:Friendly and highly professional team.Corporate lunch (once aweek).28calendar days paid vacation.Medical insurance.English classes.Flexible working hours.Professional &personal growth.Please send your resume only inEnglish.
