Public organization "Fishermen's Club of Ukraine - Yuey Fishing Club" announces a competition for vacancies: POSITION: HR managerRequirement - an active FOP of the 3rd group, or its opening ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION: Public organization "Fishermen's Club of Ukraine - Yuey Fishing Club" is an organization, which implements innovative projects and programs that shape a better future - for our children, the youth of Ukraine and the world. The organization works in the direction of humanitarian aid in the de-occupied territories, development of volunteering, socialization and adaptation of veterans of the ATO/OOS, the war in Ukraine and people with disabilities. The organization is the founder and head of the Public Union "Association humanitarian center "Everything will be fine" and conducts its activities in the Donetsk, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Chernihiv, Sumy and Zakarpattia regions, implements projects that promote the ideas of strengthening the family and responsible fatherhood, protects water resources of the country and their availability for all categories of the population, fights against poaching and corruption. From you we expect: Basic knowledge of HR and recruiting processes; experience in the field of personnel management - at least 1 year; physical presence in Kyiv, as well as at team meetings (online and offline); the ability to develop and write policies, instructions and employee evaluation systems; excellent communication skills; an active lifestyle, willingness to travel; creativity, initiative, high motivation and readiness for dynamic work. What you should do: Full search cycle and recruitment (writing a job description and posting it, screening resumes, selecting candidates for further interviews, conducting online and offline interviews); using various search methods, including posting ads on job portals in social networks and actively searching for candidates; adaptation of new employees; coordination of the corporate training program; participation in the development of corporate culture; assistance in the organization of corporate events, team building, etc. The list of duties specified in the announcement is not exhaustive.
