Interprets state and Federal HR regulations and provides advice on processes to ensure compliance. Processes requests, assesses eligibility, monitors status and prepares documentation related to Employee Services programs. Leads or assists with HR project planning and process improvements. Coordinates and monitors work performed by vendors, including participating in vendor selection and evaluating work performed.

- Very good command of German - German contracts are written only in German so a reading level of German language is required.
- Knowledge of German Labour Law (The candidate is required to have knowledge of German works council, basic employment law such as contract amendments etc.)

,[Working with the team lead on a successful alignment and process improvement project for Germany and Sweden., Training current team on new processes for these countries to ensure we have backup team members., Responding to general HR employee questions and providing policy and procedure guidance., Administering all employee benefits, including enrollment, eligibility, annual renewal processes, employee/employer contributions and payroll deductions, invoice co-ordination, working with key partners such as Human Resources, Total Rewards, International Finance and Payroll., Serve as the HR Services focal for benefits delivery and track opportunities for improvement., Serving as an employee advocate to identify resources for resolution of issues and concerns., Preparing materials, performing new hire inductions, and following through with all relevant actions and support. Monitoring, managing, and tracking employee absence due to illness/leave of absence in line with company policies and procedures., Work with the HR Services manager to provide guidance and expertise to the delivery of benefits and other HR-related services., Managing projects and process improvements within the team including developing solutions and defining deliverables required schedules, necessary tasks, and providing status updates., Creating reports, analyzing and interpreting data from a variety of systems and sources to support compliance, metrics reporting, and HR data trending., Facilitate and coordinate functional sub team meetings as needed to address issues or service gaps., Perform transactions using HR technologies (e.g., Workday, case management, SharePoints)., Audit supplier compliance to performance standards and report out on status.] Requirements:
