Job functions/responsibilities Organize and fully support personnel administration work in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine; Entering the necessary data about employees of Client companies (data on wages, hiring, dismissal, transfers, sick days, vacations and etc.) in the payroll database; Collect and process the necessary personnel documents for employment, dismissal, change of salary or position and/or any other changes in the working conditions of employees, etc.; Preparation and submission of personnel reports in accordance with current legislation and corporate; Providing clients with information on labor legislation and local practices; Monitoring the performance of junior specialists in relation to established clients; Participation in personnel audits; Testing and setting up HR accounting programs (1C), participation in automation, direct work with a technical specialist; Active participation in setups client companies, setting up work processes at the initial stage. Special skills and professional qualifications: Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; Higher education in the relevant field of training and/or confirmed relevant professional qualifications; Good knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine; At least an intermediate level of English; Work skills with a PC (word, excel, power point, accounting and personnel administration programs (1C program of any configuration), M.E. Doc, tax office, etc.); Ability to work with various office equipment; Attention to detail; Accuracy in meeting deadlines; Orientation to results.
