HR specialist \ Recruiter in Kiyivski aerotehnologiyi

In connection with the increase in production volumes and the need for employees, we are looking for a talented and responsible recruiter.

Main duties:

< li style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none">Employment: registration of employees in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation, preparation of necessary documents.
• Knowledge of labor legislation: knowledge of Labor Code of Ukraine (Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine) and other regulatory acts labor relations.
• Search for candidates: search for employees to work in factories.
• Communication with candidates: telephone and personal interviews, assessment of professional and personal qualities candidates.
• Conducting interviews: organizing and conducting interviews with potential employees.
• Support of new employees: coordination of the process of adaptation of new employees, assistance in their integration into the production process.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess the professional qualities of candidates.
• Experience in the employment of employees and preparation of relevant documentation.
• Knowledge of Labor Code of Ukraine and other normative acts regulating labor relations.
• Knowledge of the specifics of work in production will be an advantage.
• High level of communication, responsibility and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills.

We offer:

• Salary UAH 20,000-23,000 - according to the results of the interview
• Working schedule Mon-Fri 10-18.
• Office in Podil
