Welcome to the team chief specialist of the personnel selection and adaptation sector (recruiter) Human Resources Department.

Main functional duties:

• Form a recruiting plan together with the team
• building productive cooperation with managers as a consultant in the hiring process (supporting the manager and the candidate at each stage of recruiting)
• implementation of the full cycle of recruiting in the National Agency for various types of vacancies (analysis of vacancy requests, preparation of job descriptions, placement of vacancies, preparation of resumes, organization and conduct of interviews by competencies , organization of timely and effective communication between the candidate and manager, feedback to candidates);
• work with job sites and other open search sources candidates;
• preparation of qualitative analytics and reporting on selections (there is a CRM system);
• creating a talent pool;
• onboarding process support, including conducting a welcome presentation
• exit interview
< li>participation in various HR projects (directions of the employer brand and corporate culture).

Our candidate:

• has a higher education;
< li>fluent in Ukrainian;
• has experience in personnel selection and adaptation
• knows how to conduct competency-based interviews;
• desirable (but not mandatory) experience in conducting competitions/selections for civil service positions;
• passed specialized courses, personnel recruitment trainings (will be an additional plus);
• divides the values ​​of NACP;
< li>confident PC user, MS Office;
• has experience with Canva, Power Point;
• has knowledge of legislation: the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

Working at the NACP is:

• go on paid annual leave (30 calendar days);
