In connection with the development, we are opening a competition for the position of "Specialist in personnel (HR)/Recruiter".
HR is needed to work with technical, production, administrative personnel. Workplace in Akademmistechko.
Main duties:
- Onboarding, introducing the candidate to work;
- Development of staff attraction and retention strategies;
- Managing HR processes;
- Welcome presentations, coordination of the adaptation procedure of newly hired employees;
- Maintenance and updating of the candidate database/reserve;
- Control of employee motivation;
- Control of passing the trial period;
- Measuring the effectiveness of all search sources;
- Control of budgets for personnel search;

- Interaction with the HR department of the management company
- Formation of the internal description of the candidate;
- Formation of job descriptions;
- Personnel search by candidate databases;
- Candidate search by archives;
- Search for candidates on internal databases;
- Search for candidates on job sites;
- Monitoring of competitors' salaries;
- Conducting all stages of interviews; Formation of the pool of candidates for the final; >Ensuring the company's needs in qualified personnel: labor, technical, administrative;
- Prompt closing of hot vacancies;
- Search, selection and evaluation of potential candidates: market monitoring, work with resume database, operative work with reviews;
- Organization and conduct of interviews, compilation and analysis of results;
- Compilation of reports, creation of statistics and database of candidates.

Requirements for candidates:
- Education: higher;
- Work experience: from 2 years in the position of HR specialist/Recruiter with clear metrics, KPI, work tasks;
- В< /strong>ability to effectively find candidates;
- Ability to form a candidate profile;
- Knowledge of personnel evaluation methods;
- Ability to effectively reallocate budgets for personnel selection;
- Knowledge of effective recruitment sources;
- Ability to conduct candidates through all stages of interviews (Security Service, Personnel, Questionnaires, Photos, Documents);
- Knowledge of the current laws of Ukraine regarding personnel recruitment;
< li>Skills to use ERP, to fill in Excel, tables and forms; consulting on further actions regarding the search for personnel;- Desirable: Have experience in mass search for personnel.
