Requirements:
- Experience of working as a personnel specialist for 2 years or more;
- Education - completed higher education: management, psychology, personnel, administration;
- Experience of independent management of personnel administration;
- Knowledge KZpP and norms of personnel administration, military accounting;
- Knowledge of business ethics, standards of business correspondence;
- High level of responsibility, thoroughness in work performance, ability to work in a team and independently make decisions and be responsible for them, stress resistance, ability to work with large amounts of information.
