This is a full-time position based in Kyiv, offering excellent career prospects REQUIRED SKILLS: English: Advanced (C1). Upper Intermediate (B2) Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.Strong orientation towards achieving results.WORK DUTIES:Actively seek out Owner Operators through diverse channels like job boards, social media, and referrals.Screen potential candidates by conducting interviews, reviewing resumes, and completing background checks.Thoroughly review paperwork for company standards and input new hires' details accurately into the CRM system.Ensure ongoing communication with hired individuals to monitor their satisfaction with the company.Produce consistent weekly and monthly reports showcasing work outcomes.OUR OFFER:Competitive salary and comprehensive bonus structure.Working hours:15:00—01:00 (7 hrs at the office, 2 hrs from home);We cover taxi expenses;Paid vacation and birthday leave;Participation in mentoring programs and regular educational events.Ми пропонуємо: Багато практики англійської.
