HR specialist (compensation and benefits) in Metinvest

We have been a reliable and responsible partner and employer for more than 15 years. We are looking for a personnel specialist for the company of the Group — Metinvest Business Service. What you need to do: keep a time sheet, register absences according to the documents provided; calculate wages for company employees, draw up orders documents for additional payments, allowances, etc.; to calculate personnel bonuses according to the established indicators; to participate in personnel accounting of employees (admission, transfer, dismissal, administration of personal data); to calculate wages in the Oracl/SAP/Business personnel accounting system ( desirable); to participate in the certification of workplaces, timekeeping observations; to provide consultations to the employees of the enterprise within the scope of their duties. Our expectations: the availability of a full higher education in the specialties of "Personnel Management", "Management" or "Economics"; desirable work experience in the direction of organization and payment of labor; knowledge of labor legislation; experience in Oracl/SAP/Business personnel programs (preferred); confident user of MS Office.
