HR specialist (compensation and benefits) in Metinvest

We are looking for a specialist in working with personnel (compensation and benefits) for the company of the Group — Metinvest Business Service. What you need to do: keep a timesheet, register absences according to the documents provided; calculate wages pay employees of the enterprise, draw up administrative documents for additional payments, allowances, etc.; calculate staff bonuses according to established indicators; participate in employee personnel accounting (admission, transfer, dismissal, administration of personal data); conduct payroll in the Oracl accounting system/ SAP/Business personnel (preferred); to participate in the certification of workplaces, timekeeping observations; to provide advice to the company's employees within the framework of their duties. Our expectations: the availability of a full higher education in the specialties of "Personnel Management", "Management", " Economics"; experience in organization and payroll is desirable; knowledge of labor legislation; experience in Oracl/SAP/Business personnel programs (preferred); confident user of MS Office.
