• 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• excellent knowledge of labor legislation and current changes;
• work skills in 1C, MEDOK;
• communication and team interaction skills, attentiveness, respect for people, the ability to defend your opinion, purposefulness.

Main tasks:

• recruitment, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the requirements of current legislation and internal regulations;
• keeping personal files, making changes related to the work activities of employees;
• formation of orders from personnel, time sheets, entering information on the absence of employees in 1C;
• control of compliance with the vacation schedule and execution of the manager’s orders regarding personnel work;
• recording of documentation regarding the absence of employees (vacations, letters of incapacity for work, certificates, etc.), work with the company’s disciplinary policy;
• work with the website of the PFU;
• submission of information about hired employees (MEDOC);
• formation of internal personnel reporting.
