HR specialist in Alnikat

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for an HR specialist who will help us in strengthening and expanding the company. If you are communicative, have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and are ready to work in a dynamic environment, then this vacancy is for you.

What you will do:

- Oorganization of the full cycle of personnel search and selection (compilation of a job profile description, posting of an advertisement, personnel selection and search, resume screening, conducting initial telephone interviews, organization and final interviews with the manager) ;

- Formation of an external personnel reserve;

Required experience:

- Experience in personnel selection from 1 year;

- Knowledge of the search and recruitment algorithm

- High communication and negotiation skills;
