We are looking for an ambitious and talented colleague to join our team and support the HR function in our Lviv office :) Your main tasks will be: Audit and implementation of onboarding programs for new office employees. Here you can realize your bold ideas. Recruiting (30%): search and selection of candidates for office positions and positions of store managers. Support of department heads of the Lviv office in HR matters. Participation in active projects of the HR department. All the functions listed above are not must be performed simultaneously. We appreciate the ability to set priorities and organize your time. The company provides all the necessary tools for work, from a pencil to technology and communication. We are looking for a candidate with: English language proficiency not lower than B1 (must have); Experience in HR for at least 1 year; Knowledge of candidate search and assessment tools.
