In connection with the expansion of our company, we are looking for an HR specialist to join our team in the city of Zaporizhia . Your task will be to ensure the effective functioning of HR processes, including personnel selection, training and development, personnel administration and the construction of the organizational chart of the enterprise

Tasks:

- Recruitment and selection of personnel, including development job announcements, conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.

- Organization and conducting of trainings and seminars for personnel development.

- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies.

- Maintenance of personnel documentation, conclusion of employment contracts and control over the validity of contracts.

- Development and implementation of HR processes and policies aimed at improving the working environment and employee satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.

- High communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work with stressful situations and solve problems conflicts.

- Good understanding of labor legislation and HR practices.
