Main duties:
- Organization and management of personnel records;
- Maintenance of internal databases (1C, Work Day, EDMS );
- Preparation of personnel documentation: employment, dismissal, transfer; maternity, reserve, social leave, etc.
- Maintenance of personal files of employees in accordance with legislation;
- Coordination of insurance activities (medical, long-term, against accidents);
- Maintenance of working time schedules, certifications, medical examinations, etc.;
- Monitoring compliance with labor laws and updating personnel procedures and policies;
- Participation in various HR and cross-functional projects.
