• Implementation of a full cycle of recruitment for various positions

• Ensuring the process of adaptation of new employees

• Organization and conduct of staff training events, development of corporate culture and increase of employee loyalty

• Preparation of internal HR reporting

< strong>Desired experience:

• Full higher education
• Experience as a manager/personnel specialist - from 2 years
• Excellent knowledge of HR, personnel search and assessment tools
• Experienced user of PC and 1C8 programs, MsOffice
• Communication, result orientation, ability to learn quickly, stress resistance, ability to work in multitasking conditions< /li>
