Main responsibilities: Manage the full life cycle of an employee: onboarding, engagement & retention, offboarding; Organize and control 1:1 meetings; Conduct employee surveys and analyze the results; Create, implement and improve HR processes and policies; Support the process of personnel evaluation and development; Resolve requests from employees and ensure a positive work environment; Prepare and conduct online events for company employees; Participate in the improvement of the employer brand.
