Salary: 800-1200 USD/month

Company Description: We are an innovative and rapidly growing IT startup seeking a skilled Senior HR Specialist to manage time tracking, document management, and HR processes. Our team consists of professionals working in a dynamic and exciting environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and oversee employee time tracking.
  • Manage documentation related to employment, leave, sick leave, and other HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement effective HR processes and policies.
  • Handle HR inquiries and maintain employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Conduct interviews and recruit new employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Liaise with external partners and service providers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Specialist in startups or IT companies.
  • Excellent English language skills (B2 or higher).
  • Proactive approach and ability to adapt to changes.
  • Resilience to stress and strong time management skills.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and HR processes.
  • Experience in implementing new HR practices and policies is a plus.
