Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee employee time tracking.
- Manage documentation related to employment, leave, sick leave, and other HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement effective HR processes and policies.
- Handle HR inquiries and maintain employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Conduct interviews and recruit new employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Liaise with external partners and service providers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Specialist in startups or IT companies.
- Excellent English language skills (B2 or higher).
- Proactive approach and ability to adapt to changes.
- Resilience to stress and strong time management skills.
- Deep understanding of labor laws and HR processes.
- Experience in implementing new HR practices and policies is a plus.
