Main responsibilities: Manage the full life cycle of an employee: onboarding, engagement & retention, offboarding;Organize and supervise 1:1 meetings;Conduct employee surveys and analyze results;Create, implement and improve HR processes and policies;Support staff evaluation and development process;Resolve employee inquiries and ensure a positive work environment ;Prepare and conduct online events for the company's employees;Participate in improving the employer brand.
