We have ambitious plans for the future and are actively expanding our capabilities throughout Ukraine, so we are looking for: HR specialist About the team: Our HR team in Kyiv already has 10 specialists. We are looking for an ambitious and talented colleague to join our team and support the HR function in our Lviv office :) Your main tasks will be: Audit and implementation of onboarding programs for new office employees Here you can implement your bold ideas; Recruiting (30%): search and selection of candidates for office positions and store managers; support of department heads of the Lviv office on HR issues; participation in active projects of the HR department. All functions listed above do not need to be performed simultaneously. We appreciate the ability to set priorities and organize your time. We work mainly from the office, but one day a week you have the legal right to work remotely :) The company provides all the necessary tools for work, from a pencil to technology and communication. Now we work for address: Lemkivska Street, 15 - we have already outgrown this office, so we are planning to move to a modern and spacious office in the Fabrik shopping center (in the near future) We are looking for a candidate with: English language proficiency level not lower than B1 (a must have); Work experience in the HR field from 2 years; Knowledge of candidate search and evaluation tools.
