The main duties of an HR specialist: The full cycle of personnel selection (from calling a new candidate to adding a new employee to the work schedule ) Selection of new candidates for various positions (such as: waiter, manager, cook, etc.) Assessment of skills and abilities of new candidates Reporting on selected candidates Organization of the process of adaptation of new employees Conducting both online and face-to-face interviews The main features of our HR specialist: Be energetic and purposeful Desire for career growth The ability to find a common language with new people, to be sociable and friendly The ability to work with a computer and various tables at the user level.
