Our friendly BPO Nextdoor HR team is looking for a motivated HR Specialist who will be interested in diving into the "inner kitchen" of the company's HR processes, implementing them and helping to create a safe work environment for colleagues. Our ideal candidate knows how to find a common language and interact with different people, and is not afraid of new challenges and extraordinary situations that need to be solved. We expect that the person we need wants to actively develop in the HR field and will help implement the company's HR strategy based on our values. What awaits you in this position? Management and optimization of the employee life cycle in the company: Onboarding, Engagement & Retention; Offboarding. Interaction with teams of colleagues live and online (100+ people); Conducting HR research, surveys (including one-on-one meetings), analysis of results and work on improving processes based on them; Work with the HRM system (for example, People Force); Consultation of employees regarding HR policies and processes in the company; Organization of events in accordance with our corporate culture and values. What do we expect from you? Strong communication skills and the ability to find a common language with different people. Literacy and perfect command of business correspondence in Ukrainian. Knowledge of English at the B2 level or higher; Digital literacy and the ability to work with MS Excel, PowerPoint/Sanva, Outlook, Google services; Developed organizational skills, the ability to solve complex problems and make decisions, and the willingness to take responsibility; Developed soft skills: initiative, stress resistance; Previous experience in the HR field will be an advantage; Experience working with the company's internal system (HRMS) will be an advantage.
