Vacancy: Human Resources Specialist Place of work: Kyiv The CHUMAK company is looking for a responsible and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join its team. Job description: Carrying out the full cycle of personnel administration in accordance with labor legislation in full; Keeping military records, booking employees; Posting vacancies, conducting initial interviews with potential candidates, analyzing their resumes and selecting the best candidates according to the profile; Interaction with control/checking bodies , reporting; Organization of preparation and archiving of documents. Preparation of management reports and analytics. Organization and control of personnel accounting in the automated accounting system. Compilation and control of vacation schedules; Update of job instructions; Consideration of letters, applications and complaints within the competence of the personnel department and providing written answers in the established order. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position from 1 year; Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related specialties; In-depth knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine and experience in its application; High communication skills, the ability to work in a team and resolve conflict situations; Attention to detail, systematicity and systematicity.
