HR specialist in Prozorro

Prozorro is an electronic system that ensures the openness of public tenders in Ukraine. Since its foundation, it has received a number of international awards, including as the most transparent procurement system in the world, and The Wired and The Economist wrote about its phenomenon in the fight against corruption and involving citizens in controlling budget expenditures. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Prozorro has not stopped working for a day, and now its use is only expanding. The Ministry of Defense has returned to procurement in the system and is saving billions of hryvnias thanks to this; international donors began to buy from Prozorro, and citizens increasingly monitor how funds are spent during the war and influence the determination of priorities. All this creates many HR challenges and opportunities, and we are looking for a strong HR specialist to strengthen our team. What will be required to do: Participate in the recruiting process; job search sites; Labor market analysis; Work with social networks and specialized forums; Maintaining a database of candidates; Participation in the process of assessing the fulfillment of goals; Participation in the organization of staff training; Organization of the internal communications process; Coordination and organizational work: organization of meetings/interviews/events. Our wishes for the candidate: Education in HR / Business administration / Psychology ; Work experience in hr from 1 year; Communication skills; Customer orientation and empathy; High level of self-organization: ability to set priorities, creative approach to tasks, ability to work independently, learn quickly, attention to details; Ability to work in basic office programs, messengers.
