Stape is a product for server-side google tag manager hosting.
We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our small tech team, which powers thousands of customers worldwide.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as an HR Specialist or HR Assistant, preferably in the IT field.
• Ability to work with HRMS or quickly learn to use them (experience with PeopleForce is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of modern methods of recruitment and personnel selection.
• Intermediate English
• High level of responsibility and organization.
• Ability to build partner relations with employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize HR processes: onboard and assist in adapting new employees, conduct one-to-one meetings, HR check-ins, and offboardings.
• Administer HR processes in the HR system (PeopleForce).
• Conduct probation/performance reviews.
• Interact with employees to understand their needs, issues, and wishes and provide appropriate support within the role.
• Create/update/maintain HR policies.
• Assist in organizing employee training.
• Search and recruit staff for various company departments, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ professional and personal qualities.
• Participate in other HR initiatives.
