Key duties:

• Assisting candidates before going to work, participating in onboarding.
• Preparing and maintaining official notes on admission, transfers, work on weekends and holidays, STD.
• Checking time sheets.
• Formation of documents regarding employee business trips.
• Formation and updating of job descriptions of employees.
• Preparation and updating of regulations on structural units (management, departments).
• Interaction with structural units on issues personnel administration.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Confident PC user: Office 365.
• High level of organization and responsibility, attention to details, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
