We are currently looking for an experienced HR specialist for full-time employment.
have 1.5 years of experience as an HR manager; none">do you speak English at the Intermediate level;
you love people: you strive to build partnerships with colleagues and understand the importance of employee loyalty;
you show initiative and proactivity: we do not only work according to instructions, we look for and implement the best solutions;
lead the full life cycle of an employee: onboarding and adaptation, 1-to-1 meetings, administrationperformance review, off-boarding;
interact with management on all people-related issues;
develop, improve and automate HR processes;
participate in brand development projects employer.
