• Ensures the proper implementation of HR policies of the company regarding employees (material assistance, reward policy, motivational policies, benefits, etc.)
• Supports the process of drawing up official memos
• Participates in onboarding, adaptation, employee support and personnel formation reserve
• Participates in solving personnel issues
• Participates in staffing management
• Participates in the organization and conduct of personnel evaluation procedures
