  • informing the veteran about the planned social events at the enterprise (sports/veteran communities/space for veterans/recovery programs/commemoration of the fallen/other).
  • Organization and conduct of welcome trainings , including the preparation of presentation materials, formation of lists of participants, control of the gathering of groups and the participation of employees.
  • Preparation and conducting of presentations for various audiences.
  • Preparation of analytical reports on the processes of adaptation and work with personnel.
  • Ability to present information and tell the history of the company, its values ​​and culture.
  • Chat-bot support for adaptation (contact data, communication channels, information about the company, e-courses etc.).
  • Control of filling out feedback forms by new employees.
