We are looking for an HR specialist
What needs to be done:
- Effective communication with employees and management, support of staff adaptation processes, retention during mobilization, service and after demobilization.
- organization and control of systematic communication/contact with employees and their families during mobilization, military service and after demobilization through independent communication and/or communication through the manager, colleagues of the mobilized /demobilized employee.
- collection, consolidation and entry of information into enterprise accounting systems (SAP).
- organization and provision of assistance within the available resources and capabilities of the enterprise; information and assistance regarding the use of current Enterprise support programs (legal/psychological/financial).
- informing the veteran about the planned social events at the enterprise (sports/veteran communities/space for veterans/recovery programs/commemoration of the fallen/other).
- Organization and conduct of welcome trainings , including the preparation of presentation materials, formation of lists of participants, control of the gathering of groups and the participation of employees.
- Preparation and conducting of presentations for various audiences.
- Preparation of analytical reports on the processes of adaptation and work with personnel.
- Ability to present information and tell the history of the company, its values and culture.
- Chat-bot support for adaptation (contact data, communication channels, information about the company, e-courses etc.).
- Control of filling out feedback forms by new employees.
Our expectations:
- availability of a full higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology, sociology;
- work experience in the field of HR from 1 year.
- experience working with adaptation programs, including the adaptation of veterans.
- effective public speaking and presentation skills.
- experience building analytical reporting and using analytics systems.
