Management of personnel records:

• Registration of personal files of employees.
• Maintenance of employment books.
• Issuance of orders regarding hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees .

Ensuring compliance with labor legislation:

• Control of compliance with labor legislation and internal rules.
• Consulting management and employees on issues of labor legislation.

Monitoring working hours and vacation accounting:

• Keeping time sheets.
• Higher education.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of legislation.
• Ability to manage personnel records.
• PC skills at the level of a confident user.
• Knowledge of 1C programs, M.E.Doc.
