HR Specialist in IT SmartFlex

IT SmartFlex is a product Ukrainian IT company founded 2019 as a subsidiary of the leading mobile operator Vodafone Ukraine with the aim of uniting experts in the fields of telecommunications and software.

Key tasks in the position:

military accounting issues
• Management and systematization of personnel documentation (employment contracts, gig contracts, etc.);
• Analysis and automation of HR processes in the internal ERP system;
• Management of the organizational structure in SAP;< br/>• Support of the HR team in performing administrative tasks;
• Communication with employees regarding work issues;
• Conducting internal audits of HR processes and documents.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Work experience in the field of personnel management from 3 years;
• Confident PC skills (Excel, Power Point, SAP HR (optional) )
