A company with more than 7 years of experience is recruiting employees for a remote vacancy as an HR manager (recruitment manager).

Requirements:

• experience in cold calling and sales experience is welcome (you must be able/understand how to beautifully present/sell a vacancy

Working conditions:

• remote employment, rate< span style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal"> + bonus for each candidate according to the criteria
• working schedule from 10.00 to 19.00payment 2 times a month (advance after the first week of work)
• payment is possible in foreign currency

Responsibilities:

• Processing responses from advertising platforms (we provide advertising platforms) Conducting online interviews
• Cold calls are partially possible (sampling from the candidate database based on resumes)
• Maintaining Google Sheets
