Control the implementation of labor legislation, local acts and administrative documents of the head of the enterprise on matters of work with personnel by the heads of subdivisions .Ensure: compliance of personnel documentation with legislation in the field of labor, in the field of personal data protection and the requirements of the company's quality management system; execution of all personnel procedures in accordance with labor legislation, legislation on the protection of personal data, regulations, instructions, as well as orders of the head of the enterprise. Keep records of the granting of vacations to employees, monitor the preparation and observance of regular vacation schedules. Maintain personnel accounting documents in an up-to-date state.
