Responsibilities

• Personnel accounting.
• Recruitment:Full recruitment cycle: search, selection, interview, recommendation of candidates.
• < b style="font-weight: 700">Adaptation of new employees:Organization of the process of adaptation of newcomers, development of onboarding programs, monitoring of the effectiveness of adaptation and feedback.
• Staff development:Identifying training and development needs of employees. Assistance in the organization of various trainings and educational programs.
• Motivation and involvement:work with the motivation system (material and immaterial) and organization of corporate events for maintaining a positive atmosphere in the team.
• Conducting internal HR procedures:Creating and maintaining the company's internal policies. Conducting HR analytics, reporting on key HR indicators.

We we expect:

• Experience in the position of HR manager from 1 year.
• Experience work with the full cycle of recruitment.
• Knowledge of the main tools and methods of adaptation, motivation, evaluation and development of employees.
