Rebbix is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR&Recruitment Head to join our company. You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing Rebbix’s people strategy, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and driving organizational growth and success through effective people initiatives.
Location: Lviv, Ukraine
Requirements
Must have
- Proven experience as an HR professional in the IT industry
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle HR&recruitment functions such as talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop talent management teams
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to foster existing HR and recruitment practices to address current needs
- Experience in analysing and improving HR processes
- Proven ability to achieve win-win results in negotiations and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level Personal Attributes:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ethical and professional integrity
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new methodologies
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- HR certifications,trainings, courses would be advantageous
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Audit, develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Rebbix’s business goals
- Drive initiatives for employee engagement, talent retention, and organizational development
- Revise performance evaluation, career development processes and salary review
- Handle employee relations issues, promoting a positive and productive workplace culture
- Analyze, design and maintain competitive compensation, rewards, and benefits programs
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Coordinate recruitment efforts with business goals
- Manage, mentor and develop a team of HRs and recruiters
- Provide salary benchmark reports and searches on related industry/company matters
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitate clear and effective communication and feedback across all levels of the company.
- Collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Accountable in the executive team on HR-related matters.
People & Organizational Development:
- Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for employees.
- Revise and sync L&D with personal development processes
- Assess the current stage of the organizational life cycle and identify opportunities to increase team efficiency
