HR Recruiting Assistant Description/Job SummaryThe HR Recruiting Assistant is responsible for assisting the HR Recruitment team with all professional staff efforts for the Firm.Responsibilities/DutiesSchedule candidates for in-person and virtual interviews; distribute interview confirmationsManage internal and external job postings insuring all vacancies are accompanied by an approved requisitionActively review applicants resumes and source candidates on LinkedIn, using Boolean searchesMaintain recruiting database (BalanceTrak, Excel), including initial input of prospects and resumesMaintain existing sourcing resources and implement new strategies to build a pipeline of available candidates in anticipation of hiring needsPrepare offer letters and onboarding paperworkMaintain communication with managers and candidates throughout the entire recruiting processProvide the HR team with regular progress reports of positions filled and current vacanciesConsistently focus recruiting efforts to meet diversity goalsPerform other duties as assignedRequired SkillsAbility to effectively present information verbally and in writingProficiency in MS Office Suite and Web applicationsStrong attention to detailCan organize, prioritize, plan and multi-task work activities in a high pressure environmentStrong problem solving and interpersonal skillsRequired Experience1 to 3 years of corporate experience requiredPreferred Experience2 to 3 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting and hiring exempt and non-exempt positions in disciplines such as IT, finance/accounting, office services, and/or secretarial preferredFamiliarity with HR concepts and practices related to identifying, attracting and selecting candidates preferredDemonstrated experience in sourcing candidates via internet, networking, employee referrals and job postings preferredRequired EducationBachelor's degree requiredDetailsSalary InformationNY only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $55k to $65k at the time of posting.The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
