Mediabaing company DA Team is looking for an EXPERIENCED Recruiter in the iGaming niche who will be able to find strong specialists and help them comfortably go from first contact to onboarding.
Responsibilities:

• Search and select candidates for the roles: Media Buyer, iOS Developer, Backend Developer, UI/UX Designer, Product Manager, Project Manager, Marketing Specialist
• Knowledge of the media buying market, iGaming trends and understanding of typical profiles of specialists in this industry.
• Conduct phone/online interviews.
• Collaborate with CEO, technical and product leaders on open vacancies.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Update and maintain the candidate database.
• Use popular recruiting platforms.
• Hire specialists for remote positions.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT recruiting from 1 year.
• Understanding the basics technical roles and stacks.
• Experience in conducting competency interviews.
• Independence in working with processes (we already have an HR flow set up).
• Responsibility, initiative, structural thinking.
• Desire to be part of the product environment and understand the business context.
