HR+ Recruiter for the Design Team in Oliinykk Design

We are looking for a cool person for the position of HR + Recruiter to improve the work processes in the team and to involve in the personnel growth of our team!  WHY US?

We are oliinykk.design, an outsourcing team with extensive experience in UI/UX and product design for startups in the fields of SaaS, Fintech , Web3 and artificial intelligence.

Our clients are Forbes, Near Protocol were very satisfied with the cooperation, and the crypto-project " DEFYCA" thanks to our design solutions attracted more than a million dollars of investment.

We are a young and already large-scale design team for the Ukrainian market, which works on foreign market. We have 9 people on staff and 20+ active clients (and that's not even 30% of our short-term goal).

We achieved this without a recruiter and HR, but with him... we're sure to move faster!

Preliminary salary

35,000 UAH/month + bonuses

(5-10k depends on the completed volume and is discussed separately)

There are many duties and tasks, but not all of them are permanent and not all are performed at the same time.

In addition:

Successfully closing the vacancy and passing the test period (2 months)  + 100 USD bonus for HR

Who we need:

We are looking for a person who will help build corporate culture, onboarding base, team space and most importantly (New motivation and growth system for each team member).

In addition, we count on the fact that you will become a friend to everyone, improve the climate within the team and help the entire team to maintain a tone, positive attitude and become a bridge between management and each specialist!

Of course, we plan to grow, so the experience of finding "golden" personnel, especially in the field of UI/UX design is a must have! We are actively growing, so the ability to find cool people, attract them to the team and help with onboarding is what we expect!

What we want to see in HR:< /p>

1. Experience in hiring specialists in the design niche and agency business in general
2. Love for structural work in tables and with reports
3. Good level of empathy and psychology
4. High level of communication
5. Notion/ClickUp skills
6. Understanding (basic) UI/UX processes
7. Proficiency in English
8. Knowledge of HR analytics metrics and the ability to use them at work
9. Ability to work with people and help employees develop and achieve their goals

11. Ability to work with data - collect, analyze and process data related to the work of personnel

1. Search and distribution of our vacancies (Recruitment)
2. Conducting interviews and hiring employees
3. Adapting people to work
4. Building people training processes and measuring NHS in a team
5. Personnel management of vacations and sick days
6. Monitoring the mood of the team (mental health) and its improvement
7. Constant monitoring of the labor market
8. Organization and holding of corporate events (educational ) "font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Motivation:
