Candidate identification and sourcing:Proactively identify and source candidates using a variety of search techniques.Utilize platforms and databases like LinkedIn and other job boards to find suitable candidates.Employ advanced searching techniques to ensure a wide but relevant candidate pool.2. Recruitment funnel management:Design and implement recruitment funnels tailored to specific vacancies, ensuring seamless progression from initial contact to hire.Monitor and optimize the funnel stages to improve hiring efficiency.Collect and analyze recruitment metrics at each stage to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.3. Communication strategy development:Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to engage with potential candidates.Prepare and manage all communication, including motivational and rejection messages.Utilize both manual and automated tools to maintain consistent and effective communication with candidates.4. Presentation and candidate engagement:Prepare and deliver engaging and informative presentations about the company and the open position to potential candidates.Develop materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company and the role.5. Applicant tracking and management:Manage candidate information using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.Customize and configure ATS/CRM systems to support recruitment funnels.Keep track of candidate progress and update records accordingly.6. Skill and experience verification:Handle the initial qualification form submissions by candidates, ensuring all submissions meet the required criteria.Verify the skills and experiences of candidates through practical test tasks similar to those used for assessing the recruiter’s capabilities.Ensure candidates' qualifications and experiences align with the job requirements.7. Technical interview facilitation:Facilitate the technical interview process, ensuring that it comprehensively evaluates the candidates' abilities related to the job.Work closely with technical experts to assess candidate submissions and interview performances.8. Stakeholder collaboration:Collaborate with various stakeholders within the company to understand the specific requirements and expectations for the role.Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and team leads.9. Regulatory and ethical compliance:Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the recruitment process.10.
