Recruiter (construction)

We are a stable construction company with active projects in the field of residential and commercial construction. In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a recruiter who will help us attract qualified specialists to construction sites and to the office.

Duties:

• The full cycle of personnel selection: from the formation of a vacancy profile to the exit of a candidate for work

• Search for candidates (labor specialties, teams of workers)

• Conducting telephone calls interview

• Maintenance of the candidate database

• Control of the adaptation process of new employees

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year (construction field - mandatory)

• Understanding the specifics of construction professions will be a plus

• Active search skills (job sites, social networks, recommendations)

• Communication, systematicity, responsibility

• Ability to work with a large volume of vacancies
