HR / Recruiter-administrator in a real estate agency in the office in Rivne in Andriyuk, FOP

We are looking for an active, communicative and responsible person to join our team, who will help us form a team, train new agents and sometimes replace the manager for meetings with clients.

Job only for Rivne residents (physical presence in the office is required).

Your tasks:

• Selection of real estate agents (posting ads, conducting interviews, selecting candidates).

• Organizing training and helping new agents in the first weeks of work.

• Adaptation control and support team.

• If necessary, go to meetings with clients instead of the manager.
