What you will do:
- Search, selection and assessment of potential candidates for vacancies in the company;
- Conducting interviews and drawing up recommendations for the selection of candidates;
- Support and development of the candidate database;
- Participation in the development and implementation of processes in the field of personnel management.
Required experience:
- Work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
- Knowledge of recruitment methods and tools;
- Ability to work with databases and recruiting platforms;
- Communicability, ability to work in a team.
