Currently, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team, who is ready to work productively and help us in increasing the size of our team. Responsibilities: - Search, selection, hiring of candidates for various positions; - Processing/working with job sites; - Searching for alternative methods of candidate selection; - Processing and working with the candidate database; - Implementation of the recruitment strategy; - Work with retention of candidates within the company. We offer: - Fixed rate from $1,000 + bonus system for a closed position (rate depends on work experience); - Work schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. :00;- Work in a young team of quality specialists;- Constant promotions/draws and team building;- Opportunity for career growth, work with several projects and business trips abroad (optional);- Convenient location of the office in the city center.
